Job Description

Social Personnel are looking for an experienced Team Manager to help lead a child assessment service in west London.

Duties:

  • Manage a team of 6 social workers, a consultant social worker and an assistant team manager
  • Deliver a high-quality and responsive social care ensuring safeguarding is paramount
  • Ensure social care practices are in line with statutory guidelines and policy and procedures
  • Promote partnership working and collaborative work with colleagues in other agencies

What you need:

  • QSW Status – including qualification, HCPC registration and completed ASYE
  • previous experience working with local authorities.
  • Right to work in the UK.
