Job Description

Leaving Care Team Manager – Southwark £40p/h

 

Social Personnel are looking for an experienced manager who has worked in a Local Authority setting and has experience of:

  • Experience of managing a team of social workers in children’s social care
  • Knowledge of Leaving Care legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of the support required for unaccompanied asylum seekers – ideally a passion for this area of work
  • Skilled at supporting staff through difficult and unexpected change
  • Skilled at motivating and developing social workers in their practice

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience
