We offer £45,734 to £51,725 per annum for Team Managers dependent on level of experience. There is an additional financial package of £6,000 to new permanent qualified staff consisting of: £1,000 welcome payment, a further retention of £2,000 after 6 months and a further retention payment of £3,000 on completion of 18 months service.
