Social Personnel are currently working with a well-known learning disabilities care provider throughout Worthing. The Care provider is looking at expanding their team and looking for genuinely caring and hands on individuals.
- We are looking for dynamic individuals with strong multi-tasking and leadership skills to join our dedicated team.
- You will work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.
- You will support service users in leading a valued and fulfilled life in order that they maximise there potential and can live healthy and active lifestyles as independently as possible.
- You would need to complete full time hours and be flexible in regards to completing shift patterns.
- We are ideally looking for people with previous experience in the social care sector but this is not essential.
