Social Worker – Hackney – Preparing for Adult Hood – £30p/h

Social Personnel are currently looking for Adults Social Workers to join Hackney’s Preparing for Adulthood service.

Duties: 

Social worker for the Preparing for Adulthood team within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Team. Candidates must have experience of working with learning disabled people and of completing Care Act assessments.

What you need:

• QSW Status – including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
• A minimum of 2 years experience in adult-based teams.
• Right to work in the UK.
