Our client, Luton is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join their Children with Disabilities Team

What the role entails:

  • Assess the needs of children and families, analysing information to support the development of care plans.
  • To work closely with children, young people and their families, other staff within the service and partner agencies to provide support and protection for children and young people in need and at risk.
  • Assessing their needs to plan and implement suitable multi-agency interventions and service provisions, including completing assessments, statutory visits and parenting assessments.

Requirements of the role:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • SW England registered
  • Must have completed ASYE
