This Local Authority in East London is looking for an experienced Team Manager within their Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Team.

Some key responsibilities:

To oversee and manage the delivery of services including the management of teams of staff that enable stakeholder, service users and families/carers to engage with and make informed use of the service(s).

To manage the delivery and progress of complex caseloads. To enable the provision of specialist support for a complex work area. To lead, develop, organise and control a professional service area ensuring the delivery of the service meets all Council, professional and legislative requirements.
