Brighter Futures for Children is an independent, not-for-profit-company, which is wholly owned by Reading Borough Council. As an organisation they have access to Department for Education transformation fund money to ensure that that their social workers have all the tools they need to do a great job in order to achieve manageable caseloads. Brighter Futures are committed to working with staff through coaching, mentoring and support, offering permanent staff great training and development opportunities. About the Team
The MASH (Multi-Agency-Safeguarding-Hub) Team provides a ‘first point of contact’ for Children’s Social Care enabling members of the public and professionals to raise concerns about the welfare of Children. This may include Children identified as potentially being in need of support or at risk of suffering abuse.
If you are a HCPC registered Social Worker, with experience in Children’s Services, this is a great opportunity to join the MASH team and be at the very forefront of the Service Brighter Futures for Children provide to children and their families.
