Group Manager – Children in Care – Kent

Our client, Kent is seeking a Group Manager to join their Children in Care Team

What the role entails:

  • You will be leading and managing four social work teams, delivering good outcomes for children, young people and families across Medway.
  • You will hold a degree in social work together with a management/leadership qualification and/or demonstrable experience of impactful leadership.
  • You will have a proven track record in managing teams, and in influencing and driving forward practice.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience of working with children and ideally have experience of working with ‘Signs of Safety’ or a similar strengths and relationships-based practice framework.

Requirements of the role:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • SW England registered
  • Must have completed ASYE
