Social Worker’s

The Qualified Social Workers will need to have experience across all areas of Adult Social Care, but specifically competent in regards to project work. For this role you will be going out to do your visits and conducting reviews and assessment and seeing if the support needs to be increased or decreased as well as updating their needs.

You will need the following:

• 2 years post qualifying experience in the area and field required
• Specific adults review experience
• Example Assessments provided to ensure quality
• Experience of promoting independent living, and developing preventative approaches to reduce care where possible and in the services users best interest
• You will be interviewed and assessed by the Project Manager, and names given to NCC prior to project start date

OT’s

The Occupational Therapists will need to have experience across all areas of Adult Social Care, but specifically competent in regards to project work.

You will need the following:

• 2 years post qualifying experience in the area and field required
• Specific adults OT assessment experience
• Example Assessments provided to ensure quality
• Experience of utilising equipment and other preventive approaches to enable independence
• You will be interviewed and assessed by the Project Manager, and names given to NCC prior to project start date

Expectations

• Remote working but will have to do visits 1/2 days a week
• All visits have to be face to face
• Each QSW will be allocated 1 location
• Can book all visits in over 1-2 days
• QSW’s must be willing to do community / Hospital / Care and Nursing homes (Must be double jabbed)

Salary: £200 PER ASSESSMENT / REVIEW (4-6)

Role Duration: 6-9 months, could be longer
