Job Description

Social Personnel are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage a Performance and Information Team in Barnet.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage a high quality and proactive performance and information function to inform current service delivery, transformation initiatives and the future direction of the Adults and Communities Delivery Unit.
  • Be accountable for the successful and accurate delivery of the Council’s statutory returns for Adult Social Care.
  • Working with the Business Intelligence Manager and Improvement and Policy Manager, support the Head of Performance and Improvement to develop an integrated performance and information service which enables the Adults & Communities Leadership Team to deliver effective performance management and improved practice across the Delivery Unit.
  • Provide strong leadership and management support to the Performance and Information team, developing their capacity to deliver high quality, accurate data, information and analysis.
  • Support the Head of Performance and Improvement to develop and maintain an evidence-based decision making culture across the Delivery Unit, ensuring that practice is informed by timely, accurate and informative data and information.
  • Working with the Business Systems team, ensure that information is entered promptly and correctly on the Delivery Unit’s business systems, including the Mosaic case management system.

What you need:

·         Proven track record in similar role.

·         background in the adult social work sector

·         Right to work in the UK.

·         A HCPC registration isn’t essential for this post but a background in adult social work is necessary.
