How long does the compliance process take?

The process length varies on how quickly you are able to send in all the required documents and information, as well as the referees’ response time. Our specialist team works extremely efficiently and will always endeavour to get the process completed as quickly as possible and to the highest standard. We are pleased to be able to have an APSCo Compliance+ accreditation, meaning we go above and beyond the industry standard for compliance.

Will I be notified when my compliance checks are complete?

Yes. When you begin the compliance process, you will be assigned a compliance officer who is your port of call throughout the entire process. They will keep regular contact with you about timing, delays, and of course, when your checks are complete, and you are ready to start work. You can also contact your compliance officer about any questions you may have, and they will be able to help.
