On Friday 28 July, we set sail for the annual Social Personnel Boat Party and danced the night away along the Thames.
We left Festival Pier just after 7pm, as candidates and their consultants fled to the top deck to enjoy views of the city skyline before sunset.
After a healthy dose of fairycakes and networking, we headed to the dancefloor to let off steam after a busy working week.
If the live bongo drums weren’t enough entertainment, we also had a magician on board!
Met with gasps of disbelief, the crowd watched the seemingly impossible unfold as he turned a standard deck of cards to glass with the flick of a wrist and performed various other acts of wonder.
As always, the photobooth went down a treat and provided a slice of memorabilia for everyone to remember the night by. You can download your fantastic pics here!
Once we’d filled our boots with food, drinks and live music, it was time to head back and continue the party on land…
