Apprentices Make An Impact

We have been focussing on how we deliver excellent customer services for our candidates and clients, building on the success of our customer experience team. Some of you may have read our blog from back in May where we interviewed a number of apprentices Social Personnel – recruiting the next generation. We were so impressed with how these young apprentices that we decided to develop a Resourcing Hub to meet the needs of the business but also to help young people gain experience in the work place and a foothold in recruitment (with the necessary support and training).

Since the development of the new team we have looked at how we can use technology to make their lives more efficient, give them exposure to using Social Media in recruitment and teach them the basics of resourcing. This is overseen by James Marsh who has experience in embedding new systems, developing teams and generally making a massive impact on what we do. We are now at full complement within the team, with plans to formalise their training/progression and ensure that they reach their potential.

We would like to thank everyone for their hard work, understanding and endeavour to get this team of the ground and delivering results in a very short period. Special thanks to Georgia Kerridge for taking on additional responsibilities and management responsibility for one of our apprentices and we look forward to them all stepping up in the next 12 months to Recruiters or Account Managers in their own right.
