Hear it from our candidates...

I have been very impressed with how efficient and proactive James has been in finding me work. He has very good links with various local authorities which has helped me secure positions. While working he has always kept in touch with me and been able to provide me with feedback while on and after my contracts. He has also provided me with very good contacts to assist with my IR35 who were very tax efficient. I would recommend any social worker to work with him.

I worked with Ashley for 8 months. Very professional, honest, and treats people with respect and would like continuing working with him.

I just want to say that I find the service I have had with Social Personnel second to none! They have attentive and informative staff that are always there when I need them and I can rely on them to make sure I get paid, very important if you are me 🙂

James is a very supportive consultant who goes the extra mile for you. James is hard working, fair and transparent and brings a lot of compassion to his work. There is no task too big or small for him. James is not only a Consultant but a very strong advocate for all the workers he represents. A colleague I referred who was having problems with her Consultant can never thank me enough.

She agrees with me that James is a cut above the rest. James will not retire to bed until all your issues are resolved. The welfare of the worker and their families are of paramount importance to James. My daughter has been through a rough patch – believe it or not James gave me the support that kept me going. I can only say ‘Thank you James for being the Consultant you are’.

I have been with Ashley from Social Personnel since the middle of November last year and they have been really good to work for. Possibly the best thing about them is having my own “Go to Girl” if there are any problems, especially with regards to my pay. Laura is so helpful and always available.

Also doing your pay with SP is so easy – just email your hours and any expenses and hey presto your money arrives in your account the following Friday. So I praise SP for the ease with which they process your pay and for having your own Go to Girl if you can’t get hold of your consultant. So I would definitely recommend Social Personnel.
